Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are set to release on November 18 exclusively on the Nintendo Switch family of consoles. When Can You Expect to Play Pokemon Scarlet and Violet?

The standard procedure for both physical and digital Switch games is to unlock simultaneously at 9pm PT the night before. However, if you are not living on the west coast, here are the expected release times and dates for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet:
- MT - 10pm on November 17.
- CT - 11pm on November 17.
- ET - 12am on November 18.
As you're waiting for the game's release, you should ensure that you have at least eight gigabytes of space on your console. The game itself requires about seven gigabytes of space, while it will require another gigabyte for a patch available on release day. If you're proactive, you should be fine getting started on your Pokemon journey!
