The battle of Triangle Strategy's Chapter XIX: Hold Fast to Courage plays out beneath the Goddess's nose at the Source, where the ground is covered in salt that electrifies anyone standing on it when struck with lightning. You must fight Minister Kamsell for the lives of the Roselle. A new battle, Flight from the Source, will commence once you choose your units. To win, "decimate the enemy forces," and you'll lose when you see all of yours defeated.
Unit Selection and Battle Strategies
Geela's Heal What Ails You ability will be useful for this battle. These Hyzantian Elite Rogues may use Slumber Throw and render your units useless for two turns, a long time in the flow of these battles. Bring Geela or Medina, as well as Sleep Recovery Pellets or Cure-all Pellets—and if you haven't been clearing out Lionel's stock of HP Recovery Pellets, then make sure you at least have enough.
Bring Julio, whose TP dealing will again be of use in this fight. Hughette's Shadowstitching Arrow ability stands a good chance of Immobilizing Kamsell, depending on her Luck stat that can be upgraded through Jens at the Encampment.

Have Narve or Ezana come along, too. You'll definitely want to wield your own lighting magic, and take advantage of the salty terrain. If you happen to accidentally shock one of your own—already perilously close to falling—you can also rely on the Restore Quietus, which will heal an allied unit as well as replenish half their HP.
Beware the electrifying sand, a health boon to Kamsell
Once the battle commences on a stage made up not only of salt but also of wooden platforms, (which will keep you from being shocked if standing on them), you'll have to deal with three Hyzantian Bowmen, two Rogues, and one Shieldbearer, all at level 31, standing before you. Behind them will be an Elite Shieldbearer and two Elite Rogues at level 32, as well as three Battlemages at level 31, the recommended level for this battle. Kamsell is at level 33.
Kamsell can absorb lightning and be healed by it. Take care not to hit him with lightning magic or to strike the salt with lightning while he's standing on it. What's more, the enemy Battlemages will heal Kamsell with their lightning magic to compensate for the noticeable lack of enemy Healers. Try to focus on the battlemages whenever they're in range, since their Spark ability can also be devastating, and note that the Rogues can act twice. Most of the Rogues will move twice toward you when their turn comes.

Of course, six level-32 Elite reinforcement units will arrive from the back of the stage on both ends. On one side, a Shieldbearer, Bowman, and Rogue will come for you, and on the other, another Bowman, Rogue, and Battlemage appear next to Kamsell. If you did bring Julio, his Weapon Rank Three ability Intimidation will do damage to multiple units in addition to depleting their TP—but it will do major damage to Battlemages.
Strength in Numbers, work your way around
One strategy would be to work your entire group up the left side of the stage to the back, opposite Kamsell, eliminating enemies along the way and healing with up to two healers operating at once. If you have Medina with you, consider using her Weapon Rank Three ability Celestial Salve, if you need it. This will restore 150 HP to all party members at the high cost of ten HP Recovery Pellets and four TP. Meanwhile, Ezana and Narve should know Pierce Defenses. Their lightning attacks will wreak havoc on Shieldbearers, whose resistance to physical attacks is high.
Kamsell will eventually make his way toward you, having remained stationary for most of the battle. His weapon of choice is a spear, and he will wield it with fierce ability, able to strike allied units in two consecutive squares and deal powerful blows that will deplete most of a life gauge. You can try to Immobilize Kamsell with Hughette's Shadowstitching Arrow, but otherwise, use Julio's abilities to deplete Kamsell's TP while you pummel him with your best attacks.
