Like every other Emote in Jujutsu Shenanigans, you can only obtain the Piano Emote through random spinning. Each spin cost around 25 Robux or $250 (in-game money). So, be ready to spend a lot of money, as there are 53 Emotes in the game, and you can get the Piano Emote randomly at any time while rolling.
I spoke with a lot of people on the Jujutsu Shenanigans Discord channel who have the piano emote, and most of them got the Emote after spending nearly 400 to 500 Robux. This means that you can get the Emote after around 20 to 25 spins in the game. It is a rough estimation based on past patterns and talking with other players about their experiences. You may get the item on your first spin or be seriously unlucky and it may not appear even after 52 spins; nobody knows the future.
How to equip and play Emotes in Jujutsu Shenanigans

Firstly, you have to click on the Emote icon button on the top left of the screen, next to the settings icon. Here, you will have the list of the Emotes in the game. Whenever you want to play an Emote, press B or D-Pad Up to bring the Emote wheel; using the directional key, choose the Emote you wish to play, and it will automatically start playing.
