How to respec in RoboCop Rogue City

I'm about 10 hours or so into the game and, so far, I've encountered no tangible way to respec in RoboCop Rogue City. The skill points you accumulate and allocate are permanent choices you need to live with during a playthrough. This makes that initial choice of your skills all the more important, as each one is there to stay.

The inability to respec is a major inconvenience considering how many skills are present in the game. While none of the skills are outright terrible to choose, not all of them are useful or even effective in every possible situation. With no visible way no way to change them, players may find themselves struggling at points when facing some of the game's differing challenges.

Perhaps the ability to respec will come in a future patch if public outcry is loud enough, but for now, make sure you're totally happy with the skills you're taking before progressing. If and when the respec patch does come, rest assured I'll keep you updated on what you need to know.
