RoboCop has various secret rooms players can uncover to find valuables and sometimes evidence. One such room I found was in the Arcade section of the game, where players must unlock a caged room.
How to open the Arcade secret room in RoboCop Rogue City
To open the Arcade secret room in RoboCop Rogue City, you must make your way to the basement section of the building. However, you can not do this immediately when first entering the Arcade, as you must get a secret warrant. Luckily, it is not difficult to get one as the owner is a drug-dealing criminal who sells to kids.
You can find proof and probable cause for a secret warrant by finding evidence of his drug dealing, the latter of which can be found via a kid sitting inside the bathroom in the Arcade.

Scanning the kid shown above reveals that they have a psychoactive substance in their system. The kid also informs you of the fact both the staff and owner sell nukes to kids, giving you enough proof to get a secret warrant. After getting the secret warrant, make your way to the basement office of the Arcade owner.
The room shown above is the Arcade owner's office, and the room before it is where you can find the secret room. However, the secret room is locked at first, so you must find a way to open it. You can open the secret room in the Arcade by finding a button on the side of the Owner's desk.
Pressing the button will make a loud screeching noise ring out, which is a large gate opening up in the next room, revealing the secret room in the Arcade. Finding the secret room in the Arcade in RoboCop Rogue City reveals a horde of evidence and pickups that can grant RoboCop XP. Players will also get a secret achievement called No Stone Unturned after pressing the button on the Arcade owner's desk.
