As a result, crops can sometimes vanish or even wither. But that's why we have Wettable Powder. When sprinkled on soil, Wettable Powder makes the plant resistant to typhoons and snowstorms. Here’s where to get them.
Wettable Powders are sold by Ludmila’s flower shop after one expansion from Studio Palmer. If Ludmila is still not a resident of Rigbarth by this point, you need to move the story forward. You can also craft it, with the right ingredients.
Wettable Powder recipe
Wettable Powder is a level 30 recipe that can be created on the Chemistry Table. You need an autumn flower called Charm Blue and a spring flower called Cherry Grass to make it.
Keep completing the flower-related requests on the SEED task board. Along the line, the seeds for these flowers will be unlocked, and Ludmila will sell them in her shop. Plant them on your Ice and Earth dragons.
