All Secret Exits in Super Mario Bros Wonder

Some serious platforming skills are needed for some of these.

A side-scrolling Super Mario game wouldn't be complete without a couple of secret exits. Fortunately, Super Mario Bros Wonder has half a dozen for you to explore.

Although many of the courses in the game are on lower difficulty, finding these exits is often a bit difficult. Many of them also involve the Wonder Flowers, which introduce some whacky mechanics to the Flower Kingdom.

How to unlock the Secret Exits in Super Mario Bros Wonder

To find this secret exit, play the course while making sure to activate the Wonder Flower (which should be in plain sight). This will take you down a mini level with a Wonder Seed at the end. When you get the Wonder Seed, you should be next to a roof with three pipes hanging in different directions. The secret exit is actually above there.

To reach above that roof, you actually want to head right a bit. There will be some music blocks to your right. Get a running start and jump to clear that roof (it helps if you have the Parachute Cap badge as well). This will take you down a path to the secret exit, which will unlock a hidden part of Pipe-Rock Plateau.

The only thing players really need to do for this secret exit is to grab the Wonder Flower. The challenge is that it's a hard one to get since it's hidden behind a group of unbreakable blocks just past the checkpoint.

In order to smash these rocks, you will need to head right a bit until you find a Bulrush. Aggravate it, and then jump on its back to follow it as it stampedes through the blocks, unveiling the Wonder Flower. From there, you can just wait on the Bulrush stampede; it will knock down the first finish pole to reveal the secret exit.

So, you're going to need Elephant Mario to find this secret exit. I just reran the Here Come the Hoppos course to stock up on Elephant power ups. Once you have the Elephant form, start up the course and play normally until you get the Wonder Seed. There should be a ton of blocks on your right; this is why you need Elephant Mario. He can punch through these blocks to open up the secondary pathway.

Here is another secret exit where all you need to do is find the Wonder Flower. This time, it's hidden in the ground. Play the course normally and stop when you see the two yellow pipes left of a huge ice block. If you break the ice here with ground pounds, you will unveil the Wonder Flower beneath.

What this Wonder Flower does is create a landmass beneath your feet that propels you forward through the map. This landmass will break the first finish pole and then take you to the Wonder Seed, with a secret exit just beyond.

This secret exit might be the easiest to unlock. Towards the end of the course will be an area with a large Green block, a Shova, and some brown blocks on the floor. Defeat the Shova, and then break up the blocks with some ground pounds.

When you finish, there will be a glowing light on the floor where the blocks are. Push the green block into that space to reveal a yellow pipe. This pipe will take you to an alternate path in the foreground where you can race forward for the secret exit.

This secret exit is actually found right before the checkpoint. You will need to be in Drill Form to complete this, though. Head to this area where there is a thin line in the crack of the wall in the top right corner.

From there, you can back up and wall jump to the ceiling in Drill Form to stick to the ceiling. Then go forward through the line, and you will arrive at the secret exit.

Here is probably the toughest secret exit to find. Play the course until you hit the checkpoint. Just beyond the checkpoint, there will be a ton of fiery blocks on the ground. Walk past these carefully to get to a large platform with blocks on either side.

Jump to the top of this platform and then race to the left. Jump off the platform to land on the other platform to the left (I highly recommend the Parachute Cap for this.) From here, just keep jumping left; you will come across a couple of stone platforms and a couple of purple flowers. You need to follow the second flower, as it will turn into a sphere of light that floats away. It will land on an area eventually, turning that area into a door. Walk into here to reveal the secret exit.
