Upgrading your Player Rank in Disney Twisted-Wonderland is how players are able to keep reading the main story in the game. Earning Player EXP is different from earning Card, Vignette, or Buddy EXP. While other types of experience, or EXP, require a certain type of lesson, all lessons offer players Player EXP. That said, they are offered at different rates. Let’s take a look.
Earning Player EXP in Lessons
There are three major lesson types in Twisted Wonderland: History of Magic, Flight, and Alchemy. History and Flight are always available for all characters you have unlocked, while the students who have an Alchemy lab change daily.
Player EXP (1 Lesson) | Player EXP (10 Lessons) | Other EXP Type | |
Alchemy | 40 | 400 | Buddy |
History | 50 | 500 | Card |
Flight | 80 | 800 | Vignette |
If all you care about is Player Rank, the best lesson to focus on is Flight, but this will not strengthen your cards. It will, however, help you work towards Groovifying them, which does increase stats. History lessons increase your card levels and are a happy medium in terms of Player EXP. Alchemy, however, generally means you’re more focused on Buddy EXP and getting Spell-related item drops than getting Player EXP.
No items give or increase Player EXP, however, there are sometimes limited-time events that offer Player EXP at higher rates, such as a limited-time 1.5x multiplier. During these times, it is best to favor Flight lessons, as you will make the most of the extra Player EXP bonus.
