Valheim: How to cook lox meat?

Here's how to cook lox meat in Valheim.

To cook lox meat in Valheim, you will need to make an iron cooking stand with a hearth underneath it. Anything less like a normal cooking stand will not be strong enough to hold the meat. That said, here's what you are going to need to make an iron cooking stand below and the resources it requires.

3 Iron barsYou can get eight iron by gathering it from muddy scrap piles in crypts in the swamp. However, you will also need a swamp key before you can access these crypts.

Once you have all of these materials grab or make a hammer if you don't have one already. Take the hammer and right-click it while it is in your hands.

After this, a build menu will soon appear and in this build menu, you will need to locate the crafting tab. Under the crafting tab, find the iron cooking station and place it over a hearth.

You can make a hearth with stone rocks you get from mining large rocks in the game. Once both are placed, throw some wood in and you will be able to cook lox meat. As a side note, you can get lox meat from killing loxs over in the Plains biome. To get the most lox meat, we recommend making the butcher's knife and taming and breeding a few loxs.

How to cook an uncooked lox pie in Valheim?

To cook an uncooked lox pie in Valheim, you will need to make a stone oven with 15 iron, 20 stone, and four surtling cores with a wooden hammer. When you place the stone oven, fill it full of wood and place the uncooked lox pie inside it to cook it.
