With the debut of Gekko in Valorant Episode 6, Act 2, you can expect a lot of people running the agent in their lineup. While the Gekko pick is excellent, you would also need to pick other proper agents around him to bring the best out of him. So, if you are trying to win with Gekko and do not know any agents to pair with them, you can start with something like Harbor and explore other options on the list.

- Killjoy
For this lineup, your Gekko and Harbor must play together. Use abilities like Harbor Cove/ High Tide and Gekko Wingman to plant while Astra and Jett capture the site in the first place. On the defensive half, use Killjoy and Harbor in one area, with Astra and Gekko in the other.
Best Maps: Fracture, Icebox, Split, Haven, and Ascent.
Team Composition 3
- Raze/Jett
- Fade/Sova
- Gekko
- Omen
- Killjoy
Use the recon abilities of Fade or Sova to gain information about the enemy's position. Rotate your duelist and use Gekko's skills like Wingman and Mosh-Pit to capture the site. In the defense, make KJ hold onto one plant site while Omen and Gekko guard the other.
Best Maps: Split, Pearl, Breeze, and Icebox
Team Composition 4
- Gekko
- Viper
- Jett
- Omen
- Skye/Breach
Use the smokes of both controller agents to block every potential sniping/rifling area while entering a site along with the flash of Gekko/Skye. For the defense, use a controller and initiator in each plant site, with Jett helping the one where the enemies are pressing.
Best Maps: Fracture, Split, Pearl, Bind, Lotus, and Icebox
Team Composition 5
- Killjoy
- Gekko
- Sage
- Omen
- Jett
It is a passive lineup that should be rotated based on information gained by players and is highly suitable for maps with three bomb sites. Use Sage, Gekko, and Jett to enter the plant site while others lurk. Put each sentinel on the edges with the omen on B for defense.
Best Maps: Haven and Lotus
