Two places in the game let players sell their items in each city. One is a pawnshop that lets players sell their items from their inventory. The other is a weapons shop that lets players sell their weapons and equipment. But where are they?
Ebisu Pawn Shop
The first pawnshop available is the one in Kamurocho. This is located in Nakamichi Alley by the Mahjong Parlor. Inside, players can talk to the clerk to buy various items and weapons or sell items from their inventory or Item Box.
The second shop is in Sotenbori and can be found on Shofukucho East. The locations are easy to get to as each one has taxis nearby. As the story progresses, Kiryu and Majima do not share their earnings and must each earn their own money.

The Dragon And Tiger
This shop is first available during Majima's playthrough in Sotenbori in Chapter 3. Players can sell their weapons and equipment here and repair and purchase them. It is located on Sotenbori Street East and functions as a scouting game to find more weapons and equipment.
After sending an agent on an expedition, a second shop will unlock while playing as Kiryu. The Kamurocho variant of The Dragon and Tiger shop is found in the Kamuro Shopping Area. Kiryu cannot send agents out like Majima, and the shop's inventory is expanded as the Sotenbori's shop does.
Selling And Finding Plates
Players looking to make money quickly can sell plates before more reliable sources of income become available. Plate types include Diamond, Ruby, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Iron in order of most to least valuable.
Plates can be acquired by random chance in fights, interrupting shakedowns from thugs, and gambling minigames. The Shogi Parlor and Gambling Hall in Kamurocho have plates available for purchase with points earned by winning. The Gambling Hall is unlocked in Chapter 10.
The Casino and Shogi Parlor in Sotenbori have plates available for purchase with points earned by winning. The Casino can be accessed at any time but will be blocked off during specific story sections.
