Diamonds are one of the most important materials in Minecraft when it comes to making gear, so it's a given that you'd want to find as many as possible as soon as you can.

This list contains the best Minecraft Diamond seeds I've found for both Java and Bedrock 1.21. It features large diamond quantities as well as beautiful scenery for those who want to make a base and strip mine.

Diamond Headstart

If diamonds are your goal, this seed is the way to go. Entering the world drops you in front of a Plains Village and a ruined portal. The Plains Village contains a Blacksmith with a chest with a diamond and an iron pickaxe. The diamond will be the first in your collection while the iron pickaxe will help you get all of the other diamonds in the cave. I found 14 deposits of four or more diamonds in just the main areas of the cave alone. When combined with the cave's smaller tunnels, smaller deposits, and ores hidden deeper in the walls and floors, you'll have enough to craft a beacon out of diamonds.

Lush Bamboo Diamonds

This Lush Cave delves deep into the earth, extending far into its Deepslate layers. While you explore the passages lit by glow berries, you'll come across hundreds of diamonds! You'll want to have a fortune-enchanted pickaxe to make the most of these diamond veins. Also, watch for the rare blue Axolotl while you explore. Some consider it worth even more than 1,000 diamonds.

Endless Dark Diamonds

Seed: -4999614974207747802

This cave offers multiple drops to Deepslate layers, giving players several opportunities to gather diamonds. Most of these drops also contain a Deep Dark biome. It's perfect for gathering experience for enchanting while hunting diamonds. I found 19 veins of 4 diamond ore and larger just by wandering the caves and digging only slightly into the walls. There are plenty more to find, making this one of the richest seeds on our list.

Treasure of the Trees

Bountiful treasures are found in a ravine hidden within a large forest. The amethyst geode near its entrance hints at the cave's wealth. It drops down to Deepslate quickly with the first room containing multiple diamond ore deposits, including two containing seven ores each. Use these diamonds to craft a diamond pickaxe and an enchanting table. If you get Fortune on the pickaxe, you'll gather plenty more diamonds in one trip.

Miner's Dream

Seed: 2394933373006219467

This cavern is generous with lava, water, and, most importantly, diamonds! A lot of the diamond deposits in the cave are visible as soon as you enter the cave due to the large surface area of the main chamber. There is even one deposit of 13 ores and a second containing 10 diamond ores in the chamber. Every Minecraft player will fill their chests with diamonds in this world.

Blue Gold

In Minecraft, Badlands biomes are known mainly for their large amounts of gold. The gold in this Badlands must have turned into diamonds, as its cavern contains many large deposits of diamond ore. Players will also come across multiple mineshafts, with a dark oak one at the top of the cave and regular oak mineshafts deeper into it. You'll need minecarts or a few water elevators to get all the treasure out of this cave.

Before entering the cave on your side of this world's starting mountain, make your way to the Plains Village on the other side. Use them to build up some food, gather wood, and craft some basic materials for mining. Afterward, the world is your oyster! Visit the cave with your new gear to take on the Deep Dark and gather all of the diamonds it contains.

Waterfall Diamonds

This waterfall will drop you directly to deepslate, giving you instant access to diamonds! The cave itself is a mixture of regular, Lush Cave, and Dripstone Cave biomes. Head to the right of the waterfall to find the Dripstone. If you want to venture deeper into Deepslate and Lush Cave biomes, go to the left.

Double Diamonds

Seed: 3315879811017667935

Having two large caverns means double the diamonds for players in this Minecraft seed. Both caverns have waterfalls at their entrances, making them easy to enter. The diamonds for the two caves are separated so that the veins are listed beneath the cave entrance they are found in. A bonus of the second cave is a Zombie Spawner found not long after entering it.

Icy Diamonds

Ancient treasures are hidden beneath the snowy mountains in this world. The entrance to this cave is hidden, but it is the best way to go underground because of the many waterfalls flowing between different layers of the cave. Traveling throughout the Deepslate sections will reveal many diamonds waiting to be mined. Players will also find a Deep Dark biome tunnel leading directly into an Ancient City.

Villagers' Riches

These villagers have a treasure trove of diamonds in the ravine next to them. Players can gather resources from the villagers before taking a waterfall down into the cave. In the cave, I recommend traveling to the right past a second set of water and lava falls. Deepslate tunnels in that area lead to a much larger cavern filled with diamonds.

Diamond Exploration

This Minecraft diamond seed gives you diamonds as long as you put in the work. The cave contains many tunnels, each with its own ores and hidden structures. I've included ore deposits totaling up to 37 diamond ore below. You'll be rewarded for adventuring through the cave by finding many smaller deposits in the upper levels and larger deposits deeper into the cave.
